2020 Virtual Annual Meeting

The Board of Trustees has rescheduled our Annual Meeting to June 28th, 2020 at 2pm. We will be conducting the meeting virtually this year. Additional details will be provided through our members mailing list and Cast & Crew Facebook page as we get closer to the meeting.

We will be discussing our plans for the future including our “Gilbert and Sullivan and Friends” Concert and Auction, our upcoming production The Grand Duke in February 2021, and plans for celebrating our 60th anniversary. We will also be electing trustees and providing a general financial summary.

We welcome your participation!!! We remind you that, per our bylaws, you must be a member at least 30 days before the meeting (May 30th, 2020) to vote.

A quick note on membership: While nearly all participants and donors can become members without paying dues, if you wish to support us by voluntarily paying dues or making another contribution, you can send a check or donate online via PayPal. The meeting’s virtual invite will be distributed via our members mailing as well as the Cast & Crew Facebook group. Individual requests for the meeting link may also be made by emailing the Chairman.
