Board Member
Dianne is a new member of the Sudbury Savoyards and is eager to continue their legacy as a board member! In in 2024, she performed as an ensemble member in Princess Ida. In 2025, she played a Bridesmaid in Ruddigore. Dianne has also enjoyed participating in several outreach performances. She has a Bachelor’s in Theater and Communications and has prior experience performing in community and regional shows. In 2001, she taught drama in Lexington until she changed her focus to special education. She has been teaching since 2008.
Dianne is excited to be a board member so she can contribute to this amazing group of caring and talented people. She is thankful for the volunteer (no audition!) chorus as it allowed her to ease back into performing after a twenty year hiatus.
The Savoyards are not just about producing high quality shows; they also create a community where people feel welcome and safe. It’s no wonder why so many people return year after year. They truly embody what it is to be a community theater.
