Tom Powers – Vice Chair

Tom started with the Savoyards in the mid-1980s running errands and doing stage carpentry. He was first elected to the Savoyards’ Board in 1992, then again in 2002, when he served three years as Chairman. He founded the long-running paper-mailed Sandwich Board in 1995, which he edited until it recently went all-electronic. He rejoined the Board in 2016 to assist in the group’s formal incorporation. Tom serves on the Governance and Audit and Finance Committees.
